Hulu adds HBO programming, in time for 'Game of Thrones' Season 7 premiere

CLEVELAND, Ohio — There’s one week left to binge-watch previous seasons of HBO’s “Game of Thrones” before the eagerly anticipated Season 7 premiere, and now there’s an additional platform available to do so.

In what can only be a profitable move, Hulu has added HBO and Cinemax programming to its streaming database.

Hulu subscribers can add HBO to their plan for $14.99 a month. This will also give subscribers access to HBO Now to view current and past series such as ‘The Sopranos” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” HBO documentaries, films and much more. In the near future, additional HBO channels including HBO2, HBO Latino and HBO Family will be added.

Cinemax, which is owned by HBO, can be purchased for $9.99, offering subscribers access to series such as “Quarry,” “The Knick,” “Banshee” and “Strike Back.”
