Game notes: Bucs third-year quarterback Jameis Winston has never played the Lions. He returned from a three-game absence (shoulder injury) in last Sunday’s 26-20 OT loss in Green Bay, passing 21-for-32 for 270 yards and two touchdowns despite taking seven sacks. Peyton Barber filled in for the injured Doug Martin to run for 102 yards on 23 carries. On the season, the Bucs are 15th in offensive efficiency (Football Outsiders’ DVOA statistic) and 31st in defensive efficiency.
