Detectives are appealing for witnesses following an arson attack in Derry.
Detective Inspector Michael Winters stated that the alarm was raised at around 12.45am on Sunday.
Police believe that there was an “intent to endanger life” at the property in Bloomfield Park.
He added: “We are appealing for anyone with information who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area or have information about the incident to contact detectives at Strand Road PSNI station on 101 quoting reference number 89 of 09/07/17.”
